Keep it simple.

The lessons our kids teach us! Every year during Christmas/birthdays, we all laugh at how the kids have more fun with the wrapping paper, the boxes, the packaging, etc. We buy them all kinds of things, but they seem to find the greatest joy in the simplest of places. The other day was the perfect example. My two boys had the best time playing in about 100 plastic spoons that I had dropped on the floor. They laughed, and squealed, and scattered, and entertained each other for a good hour with just plastic spoons. It was precious to watch the sheer joy on their faces, and entertaining for Bobby and me too. We were amazed at what spoons did for our afternoon!:)
